New Kajal Hair Salon

Our salon is on Polo Road, specifically near the Kayamkhani Hostel in Jodhpur. Being near the hostel means we get a lot of young guys coming in for a haircut. They usually want whatever style is popular at the moment. We try our best to match what they show us on their phones, even if our equipment is pretty basic. The shop is on 1st A street, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We have a couple of chairs, some sharp clippers, and a lot of spray bottles. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when the students are all hanging out, but it keeps the energy up. We aren't a high-end place with fancy coffee or anything. You just come in, get your hair cut, and go about your day. We keep the floor swept between customers because hair piles up fast. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in Jodhpur, so we just keep a few manual shears handy for when the clippers won't work. It’s a small shop, and the walls are decorated with some old posters. We've been here for a while and the locals seem to like having us around. We don't do much advertising; people just see the sign on Polo Road and walk in. It’s a practical little spot for anyone needing a trim without making a big deal out of it.
