We’re located out in Phase 4 of the RIICO Industrial Area in Boranada, specifically at G-1, 898, and 899. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where all the industrial action is. The sun gets pretty hot out here, and the landscape is mostly factories and warehouses. We handle chemicals here, so we have to be careful and follow the rules, but we don't treat it like some big corporate operation. It’s more of a hands-on environment. The buildings are large and mostly filled with barrels and bags of different materials. We’ve got a small team that knows the chemistry side of things well enough to keep things moving. We aren't interested in making things look polished for visitors because we’re mostly busy with the actual production. Sometimes the logistics of being out in Boranada can be a bit of a headache, especially with the transport trucks, but we make it work. We’ve been here long enough that the local workers and the other factory owners are all familiar faces. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. We just produce what we need to produce and send it out to whoever ordered it. It’s a steady pace of life, focused on the chemicals and the daily chores of running a plant in this part of the world. It’s just a normal workplace with a lot of hard work happening inside.
