Shree Ranie Gum Chemical Pvt. Ltd.

We are out in the industrial area of Jodhpur, specifically Basni Phase II. Our place is F-239. If you’ve ever been to this part of Rajasthan, you know it gets really hot, especially in the summer months when the sun is beating down on the factory roofs. We work with gum and chemicals here. It’s dusty work and there’s always a lot of activity on the floor. We have machines running and workers moving bags around most of the day. It’s not a quiet office job at all. At Shree Ranie Gum Chemical, we spend a lot of time checking the consistency of the products and making sure the bags are stacked right. The smell of the raw materials is something you just get used to after the first week. We have a small cabin for the office work, but most of the action happens out back. We drink a lot of water and tea to keep going through the heat. People here have been working with us for years, so we all know what we are supposed to do without much talking. It’s a grit-and-grind type of environment. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of dust near the loading bay. It’s just the nature of the business we are in out here in Basni. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast.
