Narayan Hair Salon

You can find Narayan Hair Salon in the Pratap Nagar area of Jodhpur, right near the Tampo Stand. Being near the stand means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. It is a busy little corner of Jodhpur and our shop is right in the middle of it. We have been here for a good number of years now, serving the local residents and the drivers who pass by. The shop is small and a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We don't have any of those modern gadgets or fancy salon chairs. We just use what we’ve always used to get the job done. It’s a place where people can come for a quick trim or a shave without any fuss. I’ve lived in Pratap Nagar for a long time, so I know most of the faces that walk through the door. We don't bother with advertising or social media. If someone needs a haircut, they know where to find us. Sometimes we sit outside when it’s quiet and watch the tampos go by. It’s a simple life and the work keeps us busy enough. We try to keep the shop tidy, though the hair piles up fast on a Saturday. We don't make any big claims about what we do. We just cut hair and try to be helpful to our neighbors. That’s enough for us to keep the doors open every day of the week.
