Our office is at H1/125, tucked right behind the New Power House Industrial Area in Jodhpur. Being in Rajasthan, it gets quite hot, so we’ve got our routine down to stay productive. Mind Field Technologies Private Limited isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We're a smaller team that focuses on tech. The 342001 area is mostly industrial, so we have a lot of neighbors who are also doing hands-on work. Our space is practical. We have some computers, some specialized equipment, and a lot of notebooks filled with ideas. We don't use a lot of business jargon because it doesn't really help us get the work done. We just show up, look at the problems we have to solve, and start working. Sometimes we stay late when the weather cools down. It’s a bit of a dusty area, but that’s just Jodhpur for you. We’ve got a small break area where we eat lunch together. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so what you see is what you get. We’re just regular people who happened to start a tech business here. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is hard, we say it’s hard. We just keep plugging away until it’s finished.
