Mahaveer Hair Cuting Saloon

Mahaveer Hair Cuting Saloon is right near the Chopasni School and Funworld on Chopasni Road in Jodhpur. Since we are close to the school, we get a lot of students coming in after their classes are over. It can get quite loud with all the kids around, but we are used to it by now. The shop is not very big, but we make the most of the space we have. Jodhpur is a very sunny city, so we have thick curtains to keep the heat out during the afternoons. We have been at this location for a while now and the locals know us well. We do all the standard stuff like haircuts, head massages, and shaves. We don't use many electric tools, mostly just scissors and razors. The floor is usually covered in hair because it’s hard to keep up with the sweeping when there is a line of people waiting. We have some old newspapers and a few magazines for people to look at while they wait. It is a simple place to get your hair done. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that work pretty well. My father used to say that a good haircut doesn't need a fancy room, and I think that is true. We just focus on doing the work and talking with the neighbors who stop by. We aren't trying to be stylish, just reliable for the people who live on this side of town.
