Kumbhat Exports

Our facility is located at E-5/6 in the M.I.A. Basni area, specifically in the second phase. It’s an industrial part of the region, so there are plenty of factories and warehouses all around us. We handle exports, which means our daily routine involves a lot of coordination with manufacturers and checking on goods before they are sent out. Our office is fairly basic and sits right next to our storage space. You can often hear the sound of crates being moved or trucks idling outside. It’s quite a distance from the city center, but it works for us because there’s more space for the logistics side of the business. We have a small, dedicated staff and we’ve all been working together for a long time. The office doesn't have much in the way of decoration; it’s just desks, chairs, and a few computers. During the summer months, it gets incredibly hot out here, so we try to get most of our physical work done early in the morning. We don't use any fancy management techniques or have big meetings. We just keep track of the orders and make sure the shipping dates are met. It’s a lot of practical work, and we just focus on getting the products to where they need to go without any unnecessary delays. We’ve been in Basni for years and we are comfortable with the way things run here.
