Krishna Art International

Our workshop for Krishna Art International is located at Plot No.C-220, right on Poorvi Pal Road. We’re in the Shobahvato Ki Dhani area of Basni. It’s a part of town where you see a lot of production and hard work going on. The plot isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a gate and a building where we keep all our supplies and finished pieces. Inside, it’s a different story. There’s usually art pieces in various stages of being finished. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. We start when the sun comes up and we keep going until the work for the day is done. Basni can be a dusty place, so we’re always wiping things down to keep the art clean. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving heavy things around and making sure the details are right. We’ve been here a while and have seen the road get busier over time. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases. Most of what we do is out in the open where we can see it. It’s a bit of a lived-in space, with scraps of material and tools scattered around where they were last used. We prefer it that way because it feels like a real workshop. It’s just a group of us who enjoy making things and we’re happy to be doing it here.
