Kalayan Hair Saloon

I've been running Kalayan Hair Saloon for a while now. We are located in 17 Sector, right on Chopasni Road here in Jodhpur. It’s a busy part of the CHB area. The shop is just a basic place where you can get your hair cut or a shave without any of the extra nonsense you find in those bigger cities. People around here in 17 Sector know us well. They drop by after work or on their days off. We have a few chairs and we keep things moving as best as we can. Chopasni Road is always full of traffic, so there’s always something to look at out the front window when things are slow. I like the routine of it all—sharpening the tools, cleaning the brushes, and talking to the regulars. We don't have any big signs or bright lights to pull people in. It's just a local shop for local people. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going to keep it okay. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the guys in the neighborhood look tidy. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in this spot for years and we know the rhythms of the CHB area pretty well. If you’re passing through 17 Sector and need a trim, you can just walk in and we'll take care of it for you.
