Jp Hair Beauty Saloon is located over in Basni, Jodhpur. Specifically, we are at 3 Kh 13, right near the Madhuban Sabji Mandi in Phase 1. Being so close to the vegetable market means there is always something going on outside our front door. It’s a real working-class area, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops. We’ve been here for several years now, just providing basic hair and beauty services to the local men and women. We aren't trying to be a high-end spa or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can come, get your hair cut or whatever you need, and head back to your day. The shop is modest, to say the least. We have our regulars who come in every few weeks, and we know exactly how they like things done without them even asking anymore. Sometimes we have to wait a bit for a chair to open up, but people usually just grab a newspaper or chat with whoever is next to them. We don’t use any of those big corporate slogans or mission statements. We just work hard and try to be fair with everyone who walks in. The heat in Jodhpur can be something else during the summer, so we do our best to keep the place cool for everyone. It’s a simple life running a shop in Basni. You get to know the other shopkeepers and the people living in Phase 1. We just want to keep going for many more years.
