Down here in Jodhpur, at Plot No B 1 C in Section B of Kamla Nehru Nagar, things move at their own pace. This is another location for Jobsthan Com, but it feels very different from a big city office. We are right here in the heart of a busy residential and commercial mix. Jodhpur is known for its history, but people here still need regular jobs to pay the bills. Our office is a practical space. There are no marble floors or fancy receptionists. It’s just us working at our desks. We deal with a lot of local folks who are looking for something new. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we just sweep it out and keep going. Kamla Nehru Nagar is a familiar area for most people around here. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people to find us without getting lost in the newer developments. It’s a plain, honest kind of place. We don’t use a lot of buzzwords. If someone needs a job, we see what we have in the books. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. We’ve got some files, a few chairs for visitors, and our phones. That’s about all we need to run a consultancy. It’s about the people who live in this part of Rajasthan. We just stay focused on the daily tasks.
