Anvaykritee Construction Design

Our office is on the 7th floor of the building at Residency Road, right on Gaurav Path. It’s known as 7F. Anvaykritee Construction Design has been operating from this spot for a good while. Being on the seventh floor means we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice when it’s hot outside. The space is mostly filled with big tables for drawing and stacks of blueprints that never seem to go away. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and talking about construction projects. Gaurav Path is a busy stretch, so there is always noise from the street coming up, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in. It’s a very hands-on environment. We prefer it that way because it keeps us close to the work we are doing. The walls are covered in old sketches and notes from past jobs. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but we know where everything is. People who come to see us are usually looking for practical advice on building things, and that’s what we give them. We aren't here to impress anyone with a sleek office. We’re just here to get the designs right and keep the projects moving along.
