Gunjan Impact Consultant

I run my consulting work from Neeraj Niwas, which is house number 3096 28 in the Bhagwan Ganj area of Ajmer. It’s more of a home-based setup than a corporate office. I’ve lived in Ajmer for most of my life, so I know the streets and the people here pretty well. I started Gunjan Impact Consultant to help out with various local projects and advice. My workspace is just a room with a desk, a computer, and a lot of books. It’s quiet most of the time, which is good for thinking. I don’t have a secretary or any other staff. When the phone rings, I’m the one who answers it. Sometimes people just stop by the house if they have a quick question. I try to be helpful where I can. The neighborhood is fairly traditional and we all look out for each other. I spend my mornings going through emails and my afternoons usually involve meeting people at their own places of business. I don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. Most of my work comes from people talking to each other and mentioning my name. The walls in my office are covered in maps and notes I’ve made over the years. It’s not a high-pressure environment. I just take on the work I can handle and try to do a decent job of it. When I’m not working, I’m usually out in the garden or walking down to the local market for supplies. It’s a simple life and it works well for me. I keep a stack of old files in the corner that I go through every now and then.
