Golden Tours And Travels is situated near Gangana Phanta on Pal Road in Jodhpur. We are technically in the Pal Village area, which is on the edge of the city where things start to feel a bit more rural. Pal Road is a long stretch that sees a lot of heavy vehicles and people heading out toward the desert. Our spot is easy to find if you know where the phanta is. We don't have a big flashy office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down, have a glass of water, and figure out travel routes. The air out here is a bit different than the center of town, and we get a lot of people who are looking to go on longer journeys. We keep our vehicles parked nearby and spend a lot of our time checking the tires and the engines because the roads around Pal can be a bit rough. It’s a family-run operation and we don’t use any big words or marketing tricks to get people inside. We just stay open and wait for whoever needs a vehicle for the day. Sometimes we share a meal in the back of the shop while waiting for the phone to ring. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just take each day as it comes and try to help people get to where they are going without any fuss.
