Sardarpura is a pretty active part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Our shop isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve been here in Kumar Complex for a while now. People usually find us when they’re walking down D Road or doing some shopping nearby. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place where you can come in and talk about where you want to go. We handle a lot of different travel requests. Sometimes it’s just a quick ticket, other times it’s something more involved. We don’t use any corporate lingo or try to sound like something we’re not. We’re just a small local business. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to have a tea and chat. We like being in Sardarpura because it feels like the heart of the town. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We just try to be fair with everyone and get the travel details right. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s how we’ve always done it at Shop No 10. We don't see any reason to change that. Being on D Road keeps us busy enough for our liking.
