Devco Industries

You can find Devco Industries over at G-1/99A in the New Industrial Area. We are right behind the New Power House, which is the easiest way to tell people where to go. It’s an industrial zone. The roads are often filled with trucks and the air smells like metal and exhaust. We’ve been working from this unit for quite a bit. Our space is divided between the main floor where the work happens and a small corner for the office stuff. It’s dusty, like every other shop in this area, but we manage to keep things organized enough to find what we need. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. The power house being so close means we never forget where we are. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we have a good group that’s been together for years. We don’t do much advertising. People usually hear about us from other businesses in the same industrial cluster. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the gauges. We usually take our breaks together and talk about the local news or whatever is happening in the industrial area. It’s a plain, honest way to earn a living and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep the machines running and finish the day.
