Birla White Ltd. is out in Village Khariya Khangar. It’s quite a way out from the main city, located in Tehsil Bhopalgarh. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than in the big hubs. We are right at the Post Kharia Khangar area. The air is a bit different out here, and it gets very hot in the summer months. Most of the people working here are from the nearby areas. We spend our days managing the white cement production and keeping an eye on the site. It’s a large operation, but it feels like a small community because everyone knows each other. The roads leading to the village can be a bit bumpy, especially after the rain. We don't have many shops nearby, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something simple from the small local stalls. The office is practical, built to handle the dust and the heat of the Bhopalgarh region. We have a lot of space out here, which is nice compared to the cramped city offices. You can see the open fields from the gates. It’s a quiet life in some ways, focusing on the work and the production schedules without the distractions of the city. We’ve been part of this landscape for a long time now, and the village and the plant have grown up together.
