You have to look for the Shambhu Bhawan basement if you are trying to find Bdb Enterprises. Being near Nasrani Cinema on Chopasni Road means there is always something going on outside, but down here in the basement, it is a bit more tucked away. We have been operating out of this space for a while. It is not the biggest place, and the lighting could probably be better, but it serves its purpose for our work. We handle various bits of business and trade. There are always boxes stacked up somewhere near the entrance. We try to keep a path clear so people do not trip. Working in a basement means you lose track of the time because you cannot see the sun. We go upstairs for air every few hours to see what the weather is doing. Chopasni Road is always packed with cars and bikes. We hear the muffled sound of traffic from above all day long. It is a bit dusty, but we do not mind much. We are not trying to be fancy or look corporate. We just do our daily tasks, answer the phone, and deal with whoever comes down the stairs. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink coffee. Other days, we can barely keep up with the paperwork. It is a local operation, nothing more, nothing less. We know the other shop owners on the block and help them out.
