Vishwakarma Engineers

Down in Basni Phase II, specifically at J-174/75 in the M.I.A., you will find Vishwakarma Engineers. This part of Jodhpur is always dry and dusty, but it is where all the real work happens. Our unit isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a large gate and the usual industrial walls. Inside, it is a different story. There is always something being welded or cut, and the smell of cooling oil is pretty much permanent. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a long time, and we all just know what needs to be done without talking about it too much. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we usually keep the big fans running all day to stay sane. We don't really have a front desk or a secretary to greet people. If someone walks in, they usually have to shout over the noise of the grinders to get our attention. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if it means going home with dirty fingernails every day. We’ve seen other shops come and go in this area, but we just stay focused on our own corner and keep the machines running. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a steady one that stays busy and gets through the day.
