Arihant Engineers

You will find Arihant Engineers over at F-388(a) in the Basni Phase II area. It is an industrial patch, so there is always a bit of dust and the constant sound of machines in the air. We do engineering work, mostly focused on small parts and general repairs. The workshop is where we spend almost all of our time. It is not a clean or air-conditioned space. It is a place where things actually get made and fixed. We have lathes and drills that have been with us for many years. They still work just fine as long as you know how to handle them properly. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. People just know we are here at F-388(a). Sometimes it is just two or three of us working on a specific project. We look at the metal, figure out what needs to be done, and then we just do it. It is very practical work. Lunch is usually eaten sitting on a wooden bench near the main entrance. We talk about the weather or the local news while we take our break. The industrial area can be quite loud with all the other units around us, but you get used to it after a few days. We handle whatever comes our way, whether it is a tiny part or something more complicated. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get it right.
