Bajrang Hair Saloon

Bajrang Hair Saloon is over on Mandore Road, right across from the STC Gate. If you are heading towards Balsamand Road, you will see us there. It’s an old part of Jodhpur and our shop fits right in. We have two old-style barber chairs that have seen better days but are still very solid. The mirrors are a little spotted around the edges. We spend our day handling the local crowd. It’s a lot of repeat customers who have been coming to us for years. We know how they like their hair without even asking. The street noise from Mandore Road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We keep a small radio on the shelf that plays old songs. There’s always a bit of a wait on the weekends, so people just stand around and talk. We use a lot of spray bottles to keep the hair wet while we cut. The floor gets messy fast, and we use an old broom to clear it out. We don’t have an air conditioner, just a ceiling fan that does its best. It’s a simple shop for simple people. We take pride in just doing the work correctly and getting through the day. Bajrang Hair Saloon is just a regular part of the neighborhood where anyone can come and sit for a shave.
