Ashritha Skill Foundation

Ashritha Skill Foundation is based out of Plot No 10 in the Abjs Colony, specifically in the Rajeev Nagar area of Jodhpur. It’s a typical neighborhood spot, and we fit right in with the other houses and small businesses nearby. The foundation is run from a small building that we’ve tried to keep as tidy as possible, though the Jodhpur dust always finds a way inside. We have a few rooms dedicated to different skills, and you’ll usually find a group of people huddled around a table working on something. It isn't a high-tech facility, but we have the basics covered. The colony is usually quiet during the day, which helps us focus on what we are doing. We’ve got a small courtyard where we sometimes take our lunch breaks under the shade of a tree. Most of our visitors are from the local area, and we like it that way because it keeps things feeling personal. We don’t use any complicated business speak or have long meetings about strategy. We just open up in the morning, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes we run out of supplies and have to send someone down to the local market to pick things up. It’s a very hands-on way to run things, and it keeps us connected to the people around us in Rajeev Nagar. It's just a normal day for us.
