If you head over to Madhuban Housing Board in Basni, you’ll find us at House No. 2Bh1. It’s a residential area in Jodhpur, so it feels like home more than a school. We’re the ones working at the Doeacc Computer Hardware Institute. It’s not some massive campus with thousands of students. It’s more of a hands-on kind of place where things get messy with wires and motherboards. Being a teacher here means my hands are usually dusty or I’m squinting at a tiny screw. Jodhpur gets really hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay focused on the hardware. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just grab tea from the corner shop or bring lunch from home in a steel tiffin. The students come here to actually learn how to fix things, not just read books. We’ve got old monitors and circuit boards everywhere. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Rajasthan teaches you patience. Sometimes a part doesn't arrive on time, or the power cuts out during a lesson. We just wait it out or work on something else. It’s a practical life. We teach what we know and try to help people get jobs. That’s what matters at the end of the day. No fancy speeches or anything, just fixing stuff and passing that skill along to the next person.
