Working near Ratanada Railway Hospital means there is always something going on outside. The trains come and go, and you can hear the whistles throughout the day. Ashok Kumar Chhangani is the name behind this little operation. We have been situated here for quite some time, and the staff at the hospital know us well. It is a practical sort of place. We don't have a big waiting room because most people are in a hurry. You have to be quick when you work so close to a railway hub. The building isn't brand new, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We handle the daily tasks as they come. Some days it is just constant phone calls, and other times we are just filing papers and checking the lists. It is honest work. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big advertisements because word of mouth usually does the trick around here. People come by after their shifts at the hospital or when they are waiting for a train. We have a small desk near the window where I sit. You can see the people walking by on the street. It gets dusty because of all the traffic, so we are always cleaning the surfaces. We just focus on what the person in front of us needs right then. There is no point making it more difficult than it needs to be. We just stay here and do the work.
