We are situated at number 22 on New Pali Road in the Basni area of Jodhpur. If you know where the Pilli Tanki is, we are right opposite that. It is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The shop is a simple one, nothing too fancy or modern. We have been here for a few years now. Jodhpur is a hot and dry place, so a lot of people come in to get their hair washed or for skin treatments to help with the sun. We have some basic chairs and big mirrors on the walls. It isn't a very large space, so it can feel a bit crowded when more than three people are inside. We don't have any big marketing slogans. Most people just see the sign when they are driving past the water tank. We do a lot of basic things like threading and simple hair cuts. Sometimes we help with bridal preparations if someone in the neighborhood is getting married. It is mostly a one-person operation, though sometimes a relative comes in to help. We like the location because it is easy for people in Basni to reach us. The road outside is always busy with bikes and cars. We just open up every day and do the work that comes our way. It is a regular small business and we like it that way.
