Agarwal Tours & Travels is up on the second floor of Aks Height, which is on the corner of 9th and 10th C Road in Sardarpura. This is a pretty lively part of Jodhpur with lots of shops and people around. We have a simple office where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements. It’s mostly us answering emails and talking on the phone to make sure everything is set for our clients. We’ve been working in the travel industry here in Jodhpur for quite some time now. We handle things like flight tickets, hotel stays, and car rentals. It’s not the most exciting work every day, but it’s important to get it right. If a booking is wrong, it ruins someone’s whole trip, so we try to pay attention to the small details. We don't have a big team, just a few people who have been doing this for years. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when it’s the holiday season, and the office gets full of paperwork and registers. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual tools to get the job done. People in Sardarpura often stop by when they are out running errands because our building is easy to find. We just try to help people out without any of the extra talk. It’s a local business and we like being part of the community here. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby.
