Adiyogi Technosoft Private Limited is situated at number 226, right across from the Rajasthan Patrika office in Manji Ka Hatha. Being near a landmark like the newspaper office makes it easy for people to find us. The area has a lot of energy. We see people coming and going all day long. Our office is a modest space where we spend a lot of hours. It’s not one of those modern offices with bean bags and game rooms. We have sturdy tables and some old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. Most of our day is spent handling tech stuff and talking through problems. We keep a teapot in the corner that’s almost always hot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're more focused on what’s happening on our monitors. The traffic outside can be a bit loud during rush hour, but we’ve learned to tune it out. It’s a good location for us because it’s central. We like being in the thick of things. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to do a good job. We don’t have any big speeches or slogans on the walls. We just come in and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when something is giving us trouble, and the street gets nice and quiet. We usually order some food and just keep going until it's finished. It's not a glamorous life but it's what we do. We have an old clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly, but it keeps us on track. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need to talk much to understand what needs to be done. We just keep the routine going and handle the technical problems that the day brings.
