Pal Link Road is usually pretty busy, so there’s always life outside the window. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a place where we keep our computers and do our software work. We started this company to handle tech projects, and that’s what we still do every day. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other days we’re out the door right on time. We like the honesty of just working hard and seeing what comes of it. Jodhpur is a good place to be, even if it gets incredibly hot in the middle of the year. We have our fans and AC units going, and we just keep at it. People know us as the local software guys on the road. We don't have a big sign or anything, just our door. It’s practical for us. We just want to keep the lights on and the work moving forward without making too much of a fuss about it. We are just regular people working.
