The South Public School Kissan Bhawan Jhunjhunu (Raj)

Down in Vivek Vihar, within Jhunjhunu City, you will find our school. It’s located near Kissan Bhawan, which is a landmark most people in the area know. Being in Rajasthan, we deal with a lot of heat and dust, so keeping the place clean is a never-ending job for us. We have a good-sized building and plenty of space for the kids to move about. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when things get busy during the exam season. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We rely more on good old-fashioned teaching and making sure the students actually understand what they are reading. The teachers are from the local community and they know the families well. We often have parents dropping by to chat about how their kids are doing or just to say hello. It feels more like a big family than a business. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. We'd rather spend it on fixing the roof or getting new books for the library. The bells ring, the kids run out for lunch, and the cycles of the day just keep moving. It’s a practical place for practical people. We stay open through the seasons, watching the kids grow up and eventually leave for college. It’s just the way life goes here in Jhunjhunu, and we are glad to be a small part of it. There is always something to do, but we get through it.
