Gudha International School

Gudha International School is located right at the 30 Milestone on Jaipur Road. It's out here in Gudha Gorji, which is part of the Jhunjhunu district. If you are driving down from Jaipur, you can't really miss the spot. It is a long stretch of road, and we've been sitting here for quite some time now. The pin code is 333001 for anyone sending letters. Rajasthan gets very dusty during the summer months, and being on the highway means we see a lot of traffic passing by, but inside the school, it stays mostly quiet for the classes. We have quite a bit of space since we aren't right in the middle of a crowded city. People from all over the district send their kids here. We spend our days making sure the classrooms are ready and the teachers have what they need. It’s a lot of walking back and forth because of how the place is spread out. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the buses arrive all at once. We don't try to be anything fancy. We are just a school on the side of the road helping kids learn. You'll see the sign for 30 Milestone and that's us. It's a practical location for families living in the surrounding villages. We just keep things running as best as we can every single day. There is always something to fix or a room to clean, but that's life in this part of the state.
