Irum Farm And Agro Private Limited is our small operation. We are located on Mangal Bazar Road in Jharsuguda. If you know the area, you know it is always moving and shaking. The pincode here is 768201. Being on the bazaar road means we are right in the middle of everything. We deal with farm products and agro stuff every day. It is a bit dusty and noisy, but that is just how it is in Jharsuguda. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just working the trade. We started this because we saw a need for more agro services here. The office is simple. We do not spend much on decorations because we would rather focus on the actual work. Our team is small, mostly local people who know the farmers around here. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it is fertilizer or equipment. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside and wait. It is a very local business. We know the shopkeepers next door and the people who walk by every morning. We just try to keep things honest and keep the wheels turning. It is hard work, but someone has to do it. The market days are the craziest, with people coming in from all the nearby villages. We usually have our hands full from dawn until dusk during those times. We just take it one day at a time here.
