Bancharen Farmer Producer Company is located in Rengali. To get here, you go through Agalpur to the Budula post office. We are based at Hemanta Sahu’s place. It’s a quiet village area. We are just a bunch of farmers who decided to work together. Life in Rengali is pretty straightforward. We wake up early, go to the fields, and come back when the sun goes down. We started this company to help ourselves and our neighbors. We aren't experts in business or anything like that. We just know how to grow things. Sometimes the market is good, and sometimes it's bad. We take it as it comes. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Usually, we just sit on the porch and talk about what needs to be bought for the next season. Hemanta keeps the books, and we all pitch in. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us. We don't use fancy words or try to impress anyone. We are just honest people trying to do our best. If you visit us, don't expect a big sign or a receptionist. Just ask for the farmer company and someone will show you the way. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know every corner of this place. We just want to keep the farms going for the next generation. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we have. We hope the next crop of rice and vegetables turns out good because that’s what we really depend on.
