Our business is located at No. 678 in Civil Lines, over in the Jokan Bagh area. It’s a place where things are a bit loud because of the work we do. At Indian Granite Crushing Co., we deal with stone and heavy machinery every single day. There is usually a lot of dust in the air around the site, and the sound of crushing is something you just get used to after a while. Civil Lines is a well-known part of town, but our corner is more about the industrial side of things. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out to move the material. The office is small and mostly just for keeping the records straight. We don't have anything fancy like leather chairs or big art on the walls. It’s mostly just clipboards, hard hats, and boots. The staff here has been doing this for a long time. We know the rhythm of the machines. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a conveyor or a motor. It is hard work and it gets hot during the summer months. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look, we just focus on the granite. It’s a basic operation that has been running in Jokan Bagh for a good stretch of time now.
