We are over in Sudamapuri Colony in Jhansi. If you know the area, we are right in front of the Siddheshwar Pahad. It's actually a pretty nice view when the sun hits the hill in the evening. We are tucked behind Satyapal Mah. We’ve been around this part of Sipri Bazar for some time now. Dealing with hotels and larger properties is what we do, hence the palaces bit in the name, though we are mostly just regular people working out of a local office. The 284001 zip code is home for us. We started as an LLP because it made sense for how we wanted to run things. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the maintenance and the guests, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes it feels like there is always a pipe to fix or a room to paint. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone and someone else checking the rooms. It's a busy neighborhood but our spot stays relatively quiet most of the time. We see a lot of people coming through Jhansi for work or to see the local sights. We just try to make sure they have a place that feels okay to stay in. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve been here a while and plan on staying for the foreseeable future. That's about the long and short of it for us.
