Sarna Industries

Sarna Industries is located at 984 in Phase 1 of MIE. It’s a typical industrial plot. We have a large shed where most of the work happens. It’s got high ceilings and those big metal doors that are hard to slide open in the winter. The air inside always smells a bit like grease and cold metal. We’ve been here for quite some time. The road outside gets muddy when it rains, so we try to keep the inside clean, but it’s a losing battle. We have a small crew. Everyone knows their job. We don’t have many meetings. We just talk over the noise of the machines if we need to change something. There’s a small desk in the corner where the ledger stays. We write everything down by hand mostly. It’s faster than using the computer for every little thing. We have some old machines that we’ve repaired ourselves more times than I can count. They still do the job. We aren't interested in being some giant corporation. We just want to make enough to keep the lights on and pay the guys. It’s honest work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch. That’s just part of it. No one complains much. We just keep our heads down and wait for the whistle. It's a simple way to spend a day and it works out fine.
