S. J. Industries

You will find S. J. Industries over in the Jaldarshan Building. We are situated right opposite the Natraj Cinema on Ashram Road. It’s a very busy part of the city, and everyone knows the cinema, so we never have to give complicated directions to anyone. Our office has been in this same spot for quite a long time. We work with industrial supplies, which means our shelves are usually full of heavy catalogues and various metal parts. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. It’s more of a working space where we can talk to customers and sort out orders. The sound of traffic from Ashram Road is something we hear all day long through the windows. We have a small group of staff, and most of us have been working together for years. We don’t have big corporate meetings or anything. We just sit around and discuss what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes a client will drop by just to have a cup of tea and talk about the latest industry news. We like that personal touch. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. We just know our products and we know our customers. The building is a bit old, but it has a lot of character. We’ve grown comfortable here. It’s a practical place to run a business and we don't plan on moving.
