We are based at 0/30 in the Old Industrial Area. It’s a part of town that’s been around for a long time, and you can see it in the cracked pavement and the old brickwork of the buildings. We are quite close to the Civil Hospital, so we often hear the sirens going by during the day. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some heavy metal desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a low hum of machinery from the neighboring units. It’s a sound we have grown to ignore over the years. We don't get many walk-in customers, mostly just people we’ve known for years. The walls are a bit stained from the smoke and dust that comes with being in this area. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit on its base but keeps the air from getting too stagnant. Our work isn't the most glamorous, but it’s steady. We keep the kettle going for most of the morning and eat our lunch at our desks while we check the orders. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on things we don't need, like fancy chairs or decorations. As long as the lights work and the phone lines stay clear, we are happy enough. It’s just a regular shop in an old part of the city.
