We set up Vishal Building Material over in Machhali Shahar. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Bihari Mahila Degree College. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the college is. Our yard is filled with the usual things like bricks, cement, and stones. We’ve been here long enough that we’ve seen a lot of the houses in this area go up from nothing. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy website. It’s just a place where you come to get what you need for your project. The mornings are usually our busiest time when the contractors come by to pick up their supplies for the day. It can get pretty noisy with the trucks backing in and out. We spend a lot of time counting bags and making sure the piles are tidy enough so they don’t spill over. It’s a simple business. We work hard, we get dusty, and we go home. Sometimes the students from the college walk past and it reminds us how much the town has grown. We aren’t looking to be the biggest supplier in the country, just the one that people in Machhali Shahar can rely on when they need to build something. It’s honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood. Usually, there's a dog or two napping near the gate when it's sunny out.
