Our spot is at Quarter SC/4 in the colony at Gopalnagar. If you are looking for us, we are in the Janjgir-Champa district, which is a bit of a drive from the main hubs. The air here is different, and you can see the fields when you look past the plant boundary. We have a routine that hasn't changed much in years. We wake up, head over to the office or the site, and deal with whatever issues popped up overnight. Working in a place like Pamgarh means you get to know the locals really well. It is not like the big corporate offices where people are just faces. Here, we know who grows the best vegetables and which shop has the cold drinks when it’s boiling outside. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or get the generators going. It’s just part of life in this part of Chhattisgarh. We handle the local logistics and keep an eye on the colony maintenance too. The building itself is simple, just basic rooms and desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the drivers who come through. It can be a long day, especially when the weather is rough, but we have a good group here. We just keep things moving and make sure the cement gets out on time. It is a long way from the big cities, but it works for us.
