We are based out of 168, Tr Type on Padma Road in the Kadma area of Jamshedpur. It’s a typical Jamshedpur neighborhood, very connected to the industrial heartbeat of the city. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. It’s just the number on the gate. We’ve been here for a while, and the people living on Padma Road are used to seeing us coming and going. The work we do at Skf India Ltd. here is mostly administrative and coordinating stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. It’s a small office, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much room for secrets or big corporate politics. We just get the job done and head out. Sometimes the humidity in Jamshedpur can be a bit much, but we have some fans and a small cooler that keep things manageable. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually share snacks we bring from home. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just care about making sure the records are right and the clients get their answers. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy. We like the simplicity of being in Kadma. No one bothers us, and we get through our list every single day.
