Service Engineer

Manik Chatterjee is the one who handles things here at 24 Kadam Road. We are based out of Pramathanagar in the Tatanagar area of Jamshedpur. It is a pretty straightforward setup for a service engineer. The office is filled with tools and parts and various things that need fixing. There isn't much room for fancy furniture because the workspace is what matters most. We spend a lot of time out on the road visiting different sites or people who need help with their equipment. When we are back at the shop it’s usually to organize the bags or check on some repairs. The neighborhood of Pramathanagar is a decent place to work from. It is close enough to the main parts of town but quiet enough to get some actual work done. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits or big meetings. It is more about getting your hands dirty and solving problems. If you call us you are likely talking to the person who will actually be doing the work. We have been in Jamshedpur for a while and understand how things operate around here. It is just honest work being done from a small office on Kadam Road. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by looking for the address in the directory.
