You can find us up on the fourth floor of the Sana Complex. It's right on Thakurbari Road in the Sakchi area of Jamshedpur. Being in a commercial complex means there’s always a lot of movement around us. People are coming and going from different offices all day, and you can hear the sounds of the Sakchi market right outside. The Institute Of Professional And Management Studies takes up room 102. It's not a huge space, just a set of rooms where we hold classes and keep our office. We have a small team here. We handle the enrollments, answer the phones, and try to keep the place tidy. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so a lot of us just end up taking the stairs. It’s a practical setup for a management institute. We don’t have a big campus with grass and trees; it’s more of a city office feel. Students come in for their sessions and then head back out into the busy streets. We spend a lot of time at our desks or in the small classrooms. There isn’t much room for anything extra, so we just focus on the lessons and the paperwork. It’s a bit cramped when several classes are happening at once, but we make it work. It's just a regular part of Jamshedpur life for us, being in the middle of all the bustle and getting things done every day.
