Our place, the Institute Of Advanced Commerce Studies, is in Jamshedpur. You can find us at 21 A, on the 1st Floor of the Avtar Building. We are located on Outer Circle Road in the Bistupur area, and the pin code is 831001. We are right opposite the Little Hearts School. It’s a good landmark to tell people when they are trying to find the building for a meeting. Being on the first floor is quite handy because you don’t have to climb too many stairs or wait for an elevator. The Avtar Building is a sturdy old place that has been around for a while. Our office isn't anything fancy or modern. It’s got walls, some basic furniture, and our equipment. We spend most of our time here focusing on the work at hand and making sure things are moving forward. Bistupur is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside on the street. We don’t mind it much because it feels like we are in the middle of the action. The school across the way means things get a bit hectic during the morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times, but that’s just part of our daily routine now. We don't have a big marketing team or a sleek corporate image that we try to maintain. It's just a few of us in a room in Jamshedpur. We try to keep the place organized, but it’s a working office, so it definitely looks lived-in.
