Vividh Food Zone Family Restaurant

Vividh Food Zone Family Restaurant is located at Vinayak Plaza near the Aerodome in Jamnagar. We are right by the Digjam Circle which is a landmark most people in the city know. Being near the aerodome means we get a mix of locals and people who are just passing through town. The name Vividh means variety and we try to have a bit of that on our menu so families can find something for everyone. It is a casual dining spot where kids are welcome and things do not have to be perfect. We have been working out of this plaza for a while now and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood. The morning starts with us getting the kitchen ready and checking the supplies. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us on the floor every day. The dining area has enough space for bigger groups which is good because we get a lot of families on the weekends. We focus on the cooking and keeping the tables clean for the next person. Jamnagar can get quite hot so we make sure the fans are always on full blast. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just serve food to the people who come to Vinayak Plaza and try to make sure they leave with a full stomach. It is a simple business.
