Our shop is number 21 in the Madhav Complex. We are located in Street No 1 of Patel Colony, which is also on Pandit Nehru Marg. It is pretty easy to find because we are right opposite Dkv College. We have been here for a bit now and it is a small space, but we manage to get everything done. We mostly help people with their travel plans, whether they are going somewhere local or further away. We have a desk near the front and another one in the back where we keep the printer. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar here and there. We do not go in for big decorations. We just want to make sure the bookings are correct and the customers are happy. There is a lot of coming and going in this complex every day. We often chat with the neighbors while we are having a tea break. The college students walk past all day, so the street stays quite lively. We do a lot of work on the computer, checking different routes and comparing options for people. It is a straightforward job. We do not try to sell things people do not actually need. If they just want a simple bus ticket, we get them a bus ticket. It is more about being useful to the community than being a big company. (248 words)
