We are set up in Flat No. 4-A of the Alibag Apartment building. It’s in the Raja Bloch area, right near Khoja Naka and the Khambaliya Gate in Jamnagar. If you know where the gate is, you’re basically there already. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a while now. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a home base for our logistics work. Moving things from one place to another is what keeps us busy all day. Jamnagar is a busy port city and things are always moving, so there is plenty for us to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking where the trucks are on their routes. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just tracking shipments and making sure the paperwork is sorted so things don’t get stuck at the gate. The office gets a bit cramped when all the drivers come in at once to drop off their receipts and talk. We have a few desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon for everyone. We aren't a massive global corporation with fancy logos; we are just a local team handling the logistics side of things from our flat. It works for us and our clients seem to know where to find us when they need something moved across the state.
