You can find us at Shop No 240 in the Cross Road Complex. We are on the second floor of the building. It is right on Pandit Nehru Marg and directly across from D K V College. Being so near the college means there is always a lot of students and activity right outside our door. We focus on tours and various travel services from this office. Since we are up two flights of stairs, it stays a bit quieter here than on the ground floor. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while we look up travel prices or check for seat availability. It is a very simple setup. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking with hotels and bus operators. Some days are very busy and the phone does not seem to stop ringing at all. Other days are slower and we use that time to catch up on our filing. We are not a big agency with uniforms or anything fancy. We just wear our regular clothes and get the work done. We try to be helpful when people ask us about different travel routes or where they should stay. We know the local area well since we have been here a while. Sometimes we help with car rentals too if someone asks. It is mostly just us sitting at the desks making sure the details are right. (250 words)
