Our office is down on Indira Marg in the Valkeshwari area of Jamnagar. We are really close to Gurudwara Circle, right at what people call Travel Point. It is a busy junction with lots of buses and people moving around all day long. We handle both travel bookings and transport agencies here. We have some buses that run specific routes and most mornings start very early with drivers checking in for their schedules. The office is often a bit cluttered with folders and spare parts. It is a working office, not a place meant for show. We have some benches outside where people wait for their rides to arrive. It gets quite dusty with all the traffic passing by on the main road, but that is just part of being in this location. We have been operating from this spot for a long time now. We know the traffic patterns and the shortcuts around the city pretty well. We do not use fancy software for everything because sometimes a simple ledger and a pen are just faster for us. We talk to a lot of different people every single day. Some are just going to the next town while others are planning much longer journeys. We just try to get the tickets printed and the buses out on time. It takes a lot of coordination to keep it all moving. (246 words)
