Our office is up on the fourth floor, room 415 in Madhav Plaza. We are right across from the SBI Bank and very close to the Lal Bunglow landmark in Jamnagar. It is a good location because people always know where to find us when they are out doing their banking or other errands. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans, mostly sorting out visas and bus tickets or local tours. The plaza is always full of people, so there is a lot of movement in the hallways and the elevators are usually busy. From our window, we can see the traffic moving through the main intersection, which helps pass the time when things are a bit slow. We have a small waiting area with some magazines and a water dispenser for anyone who stops by. It is just a regular office with desks, computers, and a lot of paper folders stacked up on the shelves. We don't use any fancy booking systems, just the standard ones that get the job done. The team here is small, just a few of us who have lived in Jamnagar our whole lives. We know which buses are the most reliable and which times are best to avoid the crowds. People come to us because they want someone local to talk to instead of using a website. We just keep things honest and tell them what we know.
