We have been on the first floor in Dhan Sheri for quite a while now. It is right by Bedi Gate in Jamnagar. People usually know the spot because it is near Anjariya Chambers and just across from Bapji Glass. We mostly handle travel bookings and tours from this office. It is a busy part of town and it can get a bit noisy downstairs during the day. We keep the office going regardless. We spend most of our time helping people get their tickets sorted or planning out trips when they need to go somewhere. There are usually three of us working here. It is not a fancy place with big carpets or anything like that. We just have our desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls to manage. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in, we just sit down and talk about where they are trying to go. We have seen a lot of changes in how people travel lately. Everything is digital now, but many folks still like coming to the office to talk to us in person. It feels more real to them that way. We keep track of the train schedules and flight timings. If there is a delay, we try to let people know as soon as we can. It is just a regular local business. We know the neighbors around here well and most days we are just busy with paperwork. (250 words)
